InformationOn February 13, 2021, the 39th all-Russian mass ski race "Ski Track of Russia" took place in the residential complex "Oksky Bereg". The Ski Track of Russia is one of the brightest winter sports events throughout the country. The event brings together over two million athletes and ski enthusiasts. The start was attended by professionals and amateurs aged 14 to 64. The races had to be organized in compliance with all coronavirus restrictions. All participants had their temperature measured and masks put on. It was a real holiday of sports, which brought together fans of invigorating frost and crunchy snow. By the way, it had been snowing hard for the last few days in the Volga region which set a serious task for preparing the competition route. But the organizers coped with it with dignity. One began to prepare the track a week before the start and almost every night the special equipment went to the site. Before the start of the race, the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin noted that skiing is one of the favorite sports in the region. This year the competition program consisted of: mass start for 5 and 10 kilometers, a race of honored guests and a branded race of employees of Nizhny Novgorod enterprises. Traditionally, the largest team was presented by the GAZ Group. All skiers literally radiated an incredible positive and passed their active position to the other participants. Each participant received a traditional branded hat and everyone who finished became the winner. |
