The children's online educational event "Open Perspectives Day" was held at the end of August for Sberbank employees and their children in three different regions of Russia. The event was held in order to help children choose an occupation for the future and, possibly, decide on their future profession. During the day, the professions of the banking sector were presented. From the video presentation, the children learned what the bank looks like from the inside, what professions there are, and what the parents' workplaces look like. Also, in the beginning, the children were asked to take tests to determine their psychotype. After passing the test, the parents were presented with the result with the recommendations of a psychologist. Top managers of the bank were invited to the meeting without ties, who told the children how they achieved success, what education they received, what key projects they participated in and what qualities they value in their colleagues.
